Your Responsibility
Kindly ensure the accurate address and contact number are given; and ensure there is someone to receive the item(s) at the address given at the stipulated time.
Cut-Off Time:
Our ordering cut off time is 2.00pm every working day (Mondays-Fridays). Any order(s) made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays (National’s and Selangor’s observation) will be processed on the next working day.

Remarks:
Your order will be processed once the payment have been made available to us.
We will inform the day of delivery via Phone call/Text/WhatsApp once the order is fully processed.
Deliveries will be made from Mondays – Fridays, 11am – 7pm excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-Off time is 2.00pm for the day (not applicable to Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). Any orders after 2.00pm will be considered as next day order.

Return & Refund Policy
Request of return must be done within 3 working days upon receipt of items. Returned items must be untampered, unused, unopened and undamaged with the item’s original packaging including boxes, plastic and bubble wraps, gift items and gift boxes intact.
We will arrange the product(s) to be collected and surcharge of 10% is applicable on the refund.
Exchange can be done with product(s) of the same value or more than the original order amount and will be reviewed on case-to-case basis. vintage-wellness.com.my reserves the right to refuse any exchange without giving any reason.
Return and exchange is not applicable to “FURTHER MARKED DOWN” products.
